Image in Eyes

This project explores Gestalt's theory as a tool of visual psychotherapy, focusing on how image perception is connected with emotions and inner perception. Based on the principles of drawings and pages, we investigated how people unconsciously organize visual elements and relate to trauma, emotions, and social context. The second study was conducted with reference to artists such as Bavarian Kruger and Kumi Yamashita, who visualized emotions and expanded psychological meaning by combining text and form. Visual experiments were conducted that captured the processes of ambiguity, tension, and perception through various sketches, color experiments, and structural inquiry. The final result was a typography poster with the words "You are not a sailor, but a captain." We convey the message that we are beings who control ourselves, not just floating through life passively. This project aims to transform the 'act of seeing' into the beginning of self-awareness and recovery beyond simple visual communication. The key to this project is to realize that we decide our own lives
